I'm Nancy Hernandez — a coach for event professionals who love what they do but are quietly running on empty.
For over 15 years my work has centered on one core mission: helping people return to themselves.
I began my career in counseling, walking alongside individuals through seasons of deep transition and healing. Eventually I found a creative home in the event industry — building and running a successful planning company for over a decade. I led high-pressure projects with precision, heart, and an unrelenting drive to deliver excellence.
But like so many of you, I learned a hard truth. Success without boundaries slowly erodes your energy, your clarity, and your joy.
After navigating my own season of depletion, I made the difficult decision to step away from the business I built. And in that quiet space, a new calling emerged.
Today I coach event professionals who are deeply committed to their work but are just as ready to come home to themselves again.
Through my background as a Licensed Professional Counselor, grounded strategy, and lived experience in this industry — I help them build rhythms that protect their energy, restore their clarity, and reconnect them with the joy that brought them here in the first place.
My approach is practical, personal, and grounded — built around protecting the person behind the role. Together we work on restoring your capacity, strengthening your boundaries, and helping you do the work you love without losing yourself in the process.
Think of it as an honest, forward-focused conversation — rooted in strategy and grounded in who you are. Not a place to diagnose or dissect, but to restore, realign, and move forward together. Practical coaching that meets you where you are, helps you figure out what's draining you, and builds something better in its place.
A note worth mentioning — I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, but what we do together is coaching. Not therapy. I bring that knowledge to every session, but this is a forward-focused space built around strategy, clarity, and momentum.
The first step is a conversation.
